Our Story

 

The name Ettoré Pizza was inspired by Ettoré Boardi, a famous Italian chef who migrated to America in the early 19th century before Italian food was ever known to the American diet. You might now him now as “Chef Boyardee.” Mr. Boardi essentially introduced Italian food into America. His entrepreneurial story is an inspiration to all. The widespread familiarity of a culture which was all accomplished through amazing food, that’s one heck of a story to tell.

At Ettoré Pizza, we strive to put in the same efforts as the man behind the name of our brand, to deliver to our customers the freshest quality food in a friendly, simplistic atmosphere. “One bite of this pizza will take you right back to Italy” - according to one of our very first taste testers.
